Tow to 3000ft and enjoy a true soaring experience, or some aerobatics perhaps?

Eagle Owl Package - $ 399.00*
A package of four flights to 2500ft each which gives you the opportunity to get a more profound insight into flying a glider.
Pay as you go*
Subscribe to the Tauranga Gliding Club with an annual membership fee of $ 350.00 and pay for your flying as you go. Flying costs are then incurred for individual flights. The rates for tow times and glider hire can be viewed under Fleet & Rates.
The club also has some other flying packages for members. Eg 12 months unlimited glider hire for $ 900.00 (tows not included).

How to book a flight
Trial Flights can be booked for Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. To book a flight for a certain time please talk to Beth at Classic Flyers Museum – “The Bunker Shop” on 07-5724000 during normal office hours.
You can call the Tauranga Gliding Club on Saturdays & Sundays 10-5pm on 575 6768.
If you have not booked your flight in advance but the weather looks great for a glider flight you can always come by the airfield and see if you can get on a plane on short notice.
